Gracia S. Rosslow, M.A., CPA Chief Financial Officer & Human Resources Manager
Gracia Rosslow is the Chief Financial Officer & Human Resources Manager for the Bob Andrews Group and is a key advisor to the CEO. In addition to her duties with BAG, Ms. Rosslow is the president of Industrial Emergency Services, LLC (IES).
Ms. Rosslow graduated from the University of Florida in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 1990 with a Master of Arts degree in Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant (Florida) in 1993. Ms. Rosslow is both a Certified Government Finance Officer and a Certified Professional in Human Resources.
From 1997 to 2005 Ms. Rosslow was employed by the Houston Fire Department (TX), the fourth-largest fire department in the United States, as Deputy Director, Finance and Administration. Before serving the City of Houston, Ms. Rosslow served as the Chief Financial Officer of Apple Machine & Supply Company, Clerk/Treasurer of the St. Lucie County Fire District (Ft. Pierce, Florida), and Chief Financial Officer of Nichols Law P.L.L.C. (Houston).

Misty M. Emler, BSOE Executive Assistant to the CEO
Misty Emler is Executive Assistant to the CEO. In addition to her duties with BAG, Ms. Emler is an Associate Fire Protection & Code Analyst with Protection Development, Incorporated (PDI) where she also serves as the Permitting Section Manager. Ms. Emler is actively involved in PDI’s marketing and office management functions.
A graduate of Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, Misty earned a B.S. degree in Occupational Education (Management) in November 2007. She is also certified by the International Code Council (ICC) as a Building Plans Examiner and as a Fire Plans Examiner.
