Susan Dingman joins PDI Rail Solutions as Manager – Contracts Administration and Proposals

PDI Rail Solutions is pleased to announce that Susan W. Dingman has joined the firm as Manager – Contracts Administration and Proposals.In her new role, Ms. Dingman will be responsible for proposal administration and contracts administration for this new division of PDI. “Susan brings a wealth of experience to PDI Rail Solutions. She is a creative, versatile team player and is highly regarded in the rail and transit consulting community. I am very pleased she has chosen to join us”, said PDI President & CEO, Bob Andrews. “While PDI has been practicing fire protection and life-safety engineering for almost 25-years, I fully recognize that there are unique purchasing and contract requirements at the federal, state, and local level, associated with government rail and transit projects. We all look forward to learning from Susan as she guides us through the myriad qualification and procurement activities required by the industry”.Ms. Dingman comes to PDI Rail Solutions from Virginkar & Associates after eight years in a similar capacity. She is a graduate of the California State University at Long Beach where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
